for small businesses · automation

Less manual admin. More bookings.

I automate the repetitive admin of small businesses: review requests, quote follow-ups and data moving between systems. It runs on your own email account and spreadsheet and is set up in two weeks.

Three things I currently take on. Each has a fixed price, which you get in writing after the demo.

  • events · rentals · servicesReviews + follow-upAn automatic review request after every event or job, and a reminder to people who asked for a quote but didn't book.
    • review request 1–2 days after the event, to everyone
    • one polite reminder on open quotes
    • website form → spreadsheet → instant confirmation
    • instant alert to the owner on negative feedback

  • haulage · freight forwardingMap&Gap process reviewA two-week review of one process you pick, e.g. from quote request to order: in numbers, where the time goes in Excel, email and phone calls.
    • a map of how the process works today
    • 3–5 automation proposals with payback
    • a fixed-price offer for the implementation
    • the review fee counts towards the implementation

  • any small businessCustom automationWherever you copy data by hand from one system to another, I build a small, maintainable workflow.
    • connect forms, email, spreadsheets, CRM, invoicing
    • AI where it actually helps (e.g. sorting incoming mail)
    • human approval wherever something goes to a customer
    • monthly care, if you want it

No long project, and no new software to learn.

  1. 20-minute demo I show you the working system online and we talk about where it would help you.
  2. Written offer Fixed price, deadline, and exactly what gets built.
  3. Set-up in test mode Two weeks. Every email goes to you first, and you approve the texts.
  4. Go live Once everything is right, we switch it on. Monthly care afterwards, if you want it.

What I stick to with every client.

  • Runs on your accounts

Emails go from your address and the data lives in your spreadsheet. If we ever stop, everything stays with you.

  • You approve it

Nothing goes to your customers in words you haven't seen. In test mode every email reaches you first.

  • By Google's rules

Everyone is asked for a review the same way, and there's no discount for reviews. Google requires this, and it protects you from removed reviews.

  • Data handled properly

We sign a data processing agreement, every email has an unsubscribe option, and nothing goes to third parties.

In the demo we walk through a working example:

  • a customer sheet (mini CRM), as the owner sees it
  • the review request and the reminder email, with your company name
  • the “something went wrong?” page and the alert to the owner
  • a website form that confirms instantly and writes to the sheet

Weekdays 7:00–7:30 in the morning or 17:30–19:30 (Budapest time), on Google Meet. Fill in the form and I'll send two time slots.

20-minute demo

What should I call you?

I'll send the two time slots to this address.

Optional.

Optional. Only if I may also call you.

Optional. One line is enough, for example: review requests after events.

If you don't know yet, leave it as it is.

When are you available?
